REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS- Requests will take 48 hours
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by visiting the surgery, ordering online or posting your request to us. In line with S&F CCG policy, we do not accept orders on behalf of the patient via the pharmacy.
WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE.
We would ask that you use the tear-off slip attached to your prescription when re-ordering medication so this will provide accurate information for the surgery.
For other repeat medications, please ensure that you give details of the drug, dosage and strength so as to avoid confusion.
If you have difficulty attending the surgery to collect your repeat prescription, then most of the local chemists provide a 'collect and delivery service'. You should contact one of them to arrange this for you. We also have the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). This service also gives you the option to nominate the chemist of your choice to get your medication or appliance, so that they can receive your prescriptions electronically from the surgery. This could make collecting prescriptions easier an more convenient for you particularly if you have regular prescriptions.
We now also offer Patient Access Online this enables patients of the practice to order repeat medication only, online using a secure online service.
